Ms. Carol, Director and Teacher

Ms. Carol joined Mayflower Nursery School in 2015. She holds an associate degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.  She has worked as Assistant Director at Little Inspirations Child Care as well as a teacher at Encompass in Green Bay.

Ms. Karen, Teacher

Ms. Karen has been teaching at Mayflower Nursery School since 2001. She holds a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from UW-Stout. Before teaching at Mayflower, Karen taught at Children’s Day Out in Green Bay and also taught kindergarten in Milwaukee.

Ms. Tessa, Teacher

Ms. Tessa has been caring for children in our community for many years, and brings a wealth of experience to Mayflower Nursery School. Tessa has been both a volunteer and a substitute teacher in the Duck, Bunny and Frog classes for the last six years. When not at Mayflower, you can find Tessa on the sports field cheering on her athletic family members or taking care of one of her many pets!

Ms. Drineen, Teacher

Ms. Drineen earned her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University. In her early years of teaching, she was a Preschool teacher and Preschool Director. She continued to teach in all grade levels K-8 over her career and now brings her knowledge, experience and love for play based learning to Mayflower.

“I moved to Wisconsin four years ago and I have been searching for a place to teach. When I found Mayflower, I knew it was the perfect place. It has a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere I love. Ms. Sarah, Art Teacher

Ms. Sarah is our Art teacher this year, after teaching in the Frog and Bunny Class in past years.  She has a degree in Elementary Education with an Art minor from UW-Whitewater.  Before moving to Green Bay, Sarah taught preschool and junior kindergarten for several years at Hiawatha Day School in Iowa, introducing a school art program while she was there.
